it seems to me that pretty soon, journalists are going to start having to be armed when they go into areas like iraq or anywhere in the middle east. the people in those areas seem to be pretty ruthless and indiscriminate as to who they choose to kidnap and ransom. i mean, to televise the beheading of random journalists...thats pretty fucked up. so journalists are going to have to start carrying guns just to defend themselves from people they're not even fighting with. that sucks.
